NewLife™ yarn is a polyester 100% recycled made out of recycled plastic from Turin region in Italy. It guarantees the same level of performance and quality as a virgin yarn and find its application in premium, high performance fabrics.

Thanks to its unique production process, NewLife™ has a positive impact on the global warming with its contribution to a significant reduction in:

NewLife™ is the result of a unique and certified system capable of intercepting plastic bottles immediately after consumption in order to avoid deterioration of PET plastic.

ROICA™ premium stretch fibre combines recycling and new technologies and is now a leader in the innovation market and among the new generations of intelligent textiles.

Roica Elastane is made of 50% pre-industrialized recycled fibres, a world first in the technical textile industry. It benefits from the Material Health cradle-to-cradle certification with no impact on people or the environment. This yarn is also certified by the Textile Exchange.

The Manufacture with whom I am working is located in Portugal and has >15 years of experience in the industry. I chose Portugal as it is the best country in Europe for in depth knowledge of the textile industry and for the Social responsibilities at the workplaces.

Ecovest has the highest standards of fabrication, with SMETA and GOTS certifications that guarantee maximum excellence in environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing.

Also, hazardous chemical components, such as heavy metals, toxic dyes, crop protection substances are not used at the workplace.
